I have an internet DSL connection of 100Mbps. And when I download anything, I don’t get speeds of more than 0.5Kbps.
It’s DAMN slow. The modem is Motorolla and my laptop is Toshiba Satellite L100 Celeron. Processor 1.60GHz. 448Mb of RAM.
Please specify the problem and tell me the cure.

When we copy a file from sharing like a file of 200 mbs it takes 2 to 3 minutes to copy but it should take 2sec from a speed of 100mbps. Is there is any way to get full 100mbps speed? And why we don`t get the full speed?
