		<description>Sounds like you&#039;ve got site wiring issues.  Either that or the switch port has been locked at 10 mbps / half duplex.  If you are using Cisco switches, make SURE that the switch ports are also set to Auto!  Cisco gear doesn&#039;t play well if one end is set to Auto and the other end is manually set.

If your site wiring isn&#039;t strictly up to the 568B standard, you WILL have connectivity issues!  Excessive run lengths, split pairs, excess un-twist, etc. will all cause your systems to fail to link up when set to Auto.</description>
