Here's how: 1. Turn off the modem and the computer. 2. Unplug the cable from the modem to the computer 3. Turn on the modem and wait for 2 minutes. 4. Start the computer. After it has fully booted up and you are logged on, plug the modem cable back in and start up your browser. If that doesn't work, it may be a hardware issue (check with your ISP) or possibly a virus using up your bandwidth. Try power cycling the modem. Here’s how:
